To make matters worse for her, and the Department wants to test Lohan in prison for more than a positive test.

Hilariously, after the incident unfolded, an announcement came over the loudspeaker that asked all passengers to avoid using profanity on the train, “especially those people who went to Harvard or Yale or are from Westport.”
